Alumni Alexander Campbell and Francesca Hayward to become Principals

Congratulations to Royal Ballet School alumni Alexander Campbell and Francesca Hayward who will become Principals of The Royal Ballet in the 2016/7 season along with fellow dancers Ryoichi Harano and Akane Takada

Francesca Hayward joined The Royal Ballet School at the age of 11 and graduated into the Company in 2011. Her first major role as Principal will be as Lise in La Fille mal gardée.

Alexander Campbell graduated from The Royal Ballet School in 2005 to join Birmingham Royal Ballet. He joined The Royal Ballet in 2011 and his first major role as Principal will be as Colas in  La Fille mal gardée.
